Funded by Greater Cincinnati Foundation & United Way of Greater Cincinnati's COVID-19 Regional Response Fund.
For over 50 years, Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission has stood shoulder to shoulder helping families in Northern Kentucky to thrive. During this time of crisis, this is true now more than ever. Northern Kentucky CAC is here, connecting families to the assistance they need. From food boxes for hungry families, to homework packets for Head Start children, to utility assistance for those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, Northern Kentucky CAC is here to support families in Northern Kentucky. With a $25,000 grant provided, by the Greater Cincinnati Foundation (GCF) and the United Way of Greater Cincinnati’s (UWGC) COVID-19 Regional Response Fund, they will be able provide food and rental assistance to even more families in Northern Kentucky impacted by COVID-19. Northern Kentucky CAC’s Executive Director Catrena Bowman-Thomas expresses her gratitude for the grant. “We greatly appreciate the partnership with GCF and UWGC. This funding will allow us to provide a safety net to more Northern Kentuckians during this time of crisis. GCF and United Way both continue to rise to the challenge of helping our community to thrive.”
